FAQs

  1. Where do we you collect/deliver?
    A: Throughout Edinburgh, Midlothian and East Lothian in areas covered by postcodes EH1 to EH26 and EH31 to EH42
  2. Can you collect and deliver at different places?
    A: Yes, if you want us to pick up at home and return the bike to you at work, for instance, that’s no problem. Make sure they’re both in our collection/delivery area (see above) and we need someone to be there when we deliver to accept the bike as we require payment on return.
  3. Can you fit a part for me?
    A: If you’ve bought something for your bike and you either haven’t got the necessary tools or aren’t confident enough to do it yourself we can help. Give us a call and we’ll be happy to give you a quote for how much it costs. If you’re not sure which parts will fit your bike give us a call before you buy and we’ll try and point you in the right direction.
  4. How long will my repairs take?
    A: We’ll generally carry out quick simple, repairs whilst you wait (don’t worry, if you haven’t time to wait we can take your bike away and return it later). More complicated repairs will be taken to our workshop to carry out. We aim to have your bike back within 48 hours and hopefully the same day. Although we stock a wide range of parts there are occasions when we need to order things – we’ll ring you to give you an estimate of how long it’s going to take and keep you informed throughout.
