 We offer pick up and delivery at the following postcodes EH1 to EH26 and EH31 to EH42 area

First we’ll discuss with you on the phone which servicing/repairs we feel is most suitable for your bike .

Then we’ll arrange a time to come and collect your bike to transport it to our fully equipped workshop (however we may be able to carry out simple, straightforward repairs on the spot). There it will be inspected by our Cytech qualified mechanic with over 30 years experience of cycle maintenance/repairs.

If anything else needs attention we’ll contact you before we carry out the work to discuss the options and the cost. We will not fit any parts to your bike without your consent first – we firmly believe you should be in charge of the costs, not us. We’ll also arrange to return your bike at a time convenient to you – we’re quite happy to drop off at a different place from where we picked up as long as there’s somebody there to take the bike from us as we’ll need payment when we deliver the bike. We’ll try our hardest to get your bike back to you as soon as possible – we’re not a bike storage business and lots of the bikes in the workshop just get in the way! Our aim is to return your bike within 48 hours and hopefully the same day. Unfortunately, some complicated repairs or jobs which require us to order parts may take a little longer but we’ll aim to give you an accurate estimate of when it’s ready and keep you informed throughout.
